Before returning any products, please email us at for instructions and a Return Authorization. Please make sure to include your order number in the subject of your email.

Any unopened and unused products may be returned for any reason within thirty days. The products must be in new condition with original, resalable packaging. 

For health reasons, any opened products are not returnable. Similarly, any products where the labeling or packaging has been torn in such a way that the products are not resalable are also not returnable.

Upon arrival of the returned products, a refund will be issued for the cost of the products, but not including any shipping charges.

If you wish to cancel an order after it has been placed but before it has shipped, you will be refunded the entire amount of the order. If you wish to cancel an order after it has been shipped, you may refuse delivery of the package so that it bounces back to us at no charge to you.  Once we received, we will issue a refund for the full amount paid, minus the actual shipping costs.

To exchange an order, the products must be in new, salable condition, as described above. Email us at with your order number for detailed instructions. On exchanges, the customers pays the shipping costs to return the items to us, and we will ship out the new products with no additional shipping fees.

For large or wholesale orders, we charge a 10% restocking fee for returned products. This minimal cost only covers our fees to receive the order and restock the inventory. For questions about possible restocking fees, please contact us before returning your order.

Important: The customer is responsible for products that are lost in the mail when being returned. Therefore, please be sure to properly insure your package(s). FedEx and UPS include tracking and insurance, although you may want to purchase additional insurance to fully cover the value of the products. The US Postal Service does not include tracking or insurance, but these services can be purchased for a nominal fee.
