Topping our list will be the most energizing items to help us power through longer, warmer days. Versatile and easy to incorporate into your daily diet, here’s a look at the energy-boosting superfoods to stock up on this Spring!
Flax seed powder is comprised of 20% Omega-3 fatty acids, 20 times more than that found in fish oil, and more than any other plant food known. Research has shown that people who consume more Omega-3’s are more likely to have stable energy levels and a strong immune system. A daily dose of flax seed powder can help you feel more energized on a consistent basis.

Blend together and enjoy:
- 1 cup pomegranate juice
- ½ avocado, pitted, peeled
- 4 dates, pitted
- 2 tablespoons Flax Seed Powder
- 4 cups baby spinach
- 4 cups romaine lettuce
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 cup frozen strawberries

- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1/4 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
- 1/4 cup almonds
- 1 tablespoon Coconut Butter
- 1 tablespoon Cacao Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 Tablespoon Mung Bean Sprout Powder
Maca is an adaptogen that helps the body resist the effects of disease and physical and emotional stress. This helps restore our energy to its optimal levels.
