The best way to get a ton of superfoods in one meal or snack is definitely with granola, which is simply a delicious mix of all your favorite ingredients! In order to celebrate its endless possibilities, we’re sharing our favorite superfood granola recipe. In just one serving (½ cup) of this granola, you’ll get 10 grams of protein and 5 grams of fiber - not to mention the plethora of health benefits that comes with each ingredient. The best part? The Best Superfood Granola Recipe
- 1/4 cup melted Raw Coconut Oil
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1 cup Hemp Seeds
- 1 cup pumpkin seeds
- 100 g Brazil nuts, finely chopped (or any nut of choice)
- 2 tbsp Flax Seeds
- 2 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1/2 cup Goji Berries
- 1/2 cup Goldenberries
- Preheat to 300F. Line 2 large baking sheets with parchment.
- Whisk oil with maple syrup and salt in a large bowl. Stir in hemp seeds, pumpkin seeds, Brazil nuts, flax seeds and chia seeds. Spread on baking sheets.
Bake until golden, stirring and switching sheets halfway, 20 to 25 min. Cool completely, then stir in goji berries and golden raisins. Enjoy alone, on top of your favorite smoothie bowl, mixed with nut milk, or however you please! Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
