5 Delicious Protein Smoothie Recipes

Many people drink smoothies to reach their daily protein intake, but did you know that you can also use these smoothies to reach your daily superfood intake as well? For all recipes, combine ingredients and blend until smooth. Add additional liquid of choice as needed.

1. Green Smoothie

  • 1 cup leafy greens (kale, spinach, etc.)
