  1. Peel and mash the banana, stir in the egg, mix in the baking powder and nut butter.
  2. Heat a skillet and lightly brush with coconut oil. Reduce the heat to medium-low.
  3. Pour about 1-2 tbsp of batter into the pan.
  4. Cook until golden brown on the underside (around 1 minute), then flip and cook until golden brown on the other side (30 seconds to 1 minute).
