Superfood Creamsicle Smoothie Recipe

For example, this Orange Creamsicle Power Smoothie recipe combines whole foods and superfoods to replicate a classic summertime creamsicle. Check out the recipe below:

Orange Creamsicle Power Smoothie

Serves 1-2

Ingredients:

3/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice

1/4 cup full fat coconut milk

1 cup crushed ice

1 teaspoon maca powder

1 scoop vanilla superfood protein powder

Directions:

  • Place all of the ingredients into your blender and blend on high until smooth.

While the fresh orange juice in this recipe packs a punch of Vitamin C and antioxidants, the maca powder naturally helps reduce your stress levels.
